Residential and commercial Development in our urban village
341 + 343 20th st
341 + 343 20th Street West
On the corner of 20th and Avenue D, we're building attractive streetfront space for small to medium commercial uses: retail, restaurants, studios, offices. Space available for lease.
OUR LASTING COMMUNITY LEGACY
200 blk. Avenue D South
One of Saskatoon's most highly acclaimed infill acts. Completed in a partnership with nonprofit Quint Development, Mosaic is just steps from the action of 20th Street West in the heart of Riversdale. Mosaic is a true testament to community—all original buyers still live here and are part of the Shift family. <3
THE TWO TWENTY
220 20th Street West
Saskatchewan's first and still largest coworking space is the fourth reinterpretation (at least) of this historic commercial building in the heart of Riversdale. Repurposing old buildings for great new things: that's just good city building. Come chat over a latte at Collective Coffee.

The Two Twenty Parking Patio
Our parking patio (or parklet, à la Park(ing) Day), which acts as an extension of the outdoor space at the Two Twenty and Collective Coffee (but is completely open to the public) demonstrates the kind of human-scaled urban intervention that excites us as city-builders.
And it got a 98% approval rating.
PARK(ING) DAY SHOWCASES STREETLIFE
Park(ing) Day is a worldwide phenomenon that seeks to reimagine streets as places and create a whimsical, fun-first event in a strangely familiar place: on-street parking stalls.
Shift Development was instrumental in launching back-to-back Saskatoon Park(ing) Day events right here on 20th Street in Riversdale.
