Rubbish: Dinner and a Movie

Presented by the Saskatchewan Waste Reduction Council, Rubbish is a dining experience like no other. It will change how you think about food waste. Enjoy a gourmet meal and a custom beer featuring creative uses of fresh local ingredients that are often thrown away. Dinner to be followed by a documentary by Anthony Bourdain about the food waste revolution.
